Hospitality

We travel in a bus and cargo trailer with 2 adults and 2 children (husband, wife, and boys ages 9 & 6).

 

Sleep - We will sleep in our bus as long as the show is in a location and time of year where temperatures are above freezing. If they aren’t, we would appreciate it if you could provide a hotel for us. 

 

Hotel - We would appreciate it if you could provide 1 hotel room with 2 beds and breakfast included. 

 

Food - We would appreciate it if you could offer us supper at 5:00pm at the venue. 

We prefer home-cooked meals. We have no food allergies, but we’d like to ask for no chili, beans, or pizza.

 

Technical Details & Requests 

We travel with everything needed, including sound and lights. Below is a list of what we’d like to request from you:

 

-6 water bottles at room temperature

-If available, an extra set of hands to help us load in at 2pm sharp. 

 

We will arrive at the venue at 2:00pm. We would appreciate it if you could please have the stage completely cleared for us before our arrival. Drums or a piano tucked in a back corner of the stage is okay.

 

Finances

We don’t ask for a specific amount of money because we would never want finances to be the reason that we don’t get to minister; however, an honorarium of any amount that you are comfortable with would be very appreciated, as we have lots of touring expenses (gas, social media ads, batteries, food, vehicle maintenance, etc).

We want all our shows to be free admission so people will come out and bring all their friends to hear the Gospel. 

 

You may write a check to “Long Live The King” or E-transfer to longlivethekingcanada@gmail.com. If located outside of Canada, we can accept a check or cash.
